Service Name: SyncHealth
Support Contact: support@synchealth.life
SyncHealth is currently operated as an individual business.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using SyncHealth, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The application requires explicit acceptance of these Terms during registration. SyncHealth securely records the version and timestamp of your acceptance.
When a new version of these Terms is published, you may be required to review and explicitly accept the new version before continuing to use the service.
3. Eligibility
SyncHealth is strictly intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, will provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your account, and use the service only for lawful purposes. SyncHealth validates your Date of Birth server-side during registration to enforce this requirement.
4. Description of SyncHealth
SyncHealth is a digital nutrition, fitness, progress-tracking, and trainer-coordination platform. Depending on your subscription plan, the service allows you to manage a personal profile, log nutrition and food intake, track fitness progress, manage workout schedules, and pair with an authorized personal trainer for progress monitoring. Certain food-analysis functionality may use third-party AI services to estimate nutritional values. SyncHealth provides self-service tools for subscription payments, data export, and account deletion.
5. Medical & Health Disclaimer
SyncHealth is a fitness/nutrition tracking and coaching-support platform. It is NOT a substitute for a physician, registered medical practitioner, registered dietitian, qualified healthcare professional, or emergency medical services.
All information, tracking results, food data, calorie/macronutrient tracking, and trainer inputs available through SyncHealth are provided strictly for informational, educational, fitness, and wellness purposes. Any AI-generated nutritional estimates are approximate, may be inaccurate, and are not medical advice. SyncHealth does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, medication, supplements, or health management routines. In emergency situations, seek immediate professional emergency medical care.
SyncHealth is provided as a fitness, nutrition, progress-tracking, and coaching-support tool intended to assist users in managing and understanding their own health and fitness information. However, the results and outcomes depend on how each user chooses to use the application, interpret its information, and act upon it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SyncHealth is not responsible for any adverse health change, deterioration, injury, illness, loss, or other consequence arising from a user's use, misuse, interpretation, or reliance on the application, its nutritional estimates, AI-generated estimates, tracking information, trainer-provided information, or other platform content, nor does SyncHealth guarantee any particular health or fitness outcome. Users remain responsible for their own health decisions and should seek appropriate professional medical advice where necessary.
6. User Responsibility for Health Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information when using SyncHealth. Inaccurate inputs regarding your weight, height, food quantities, nutritional goals, or workout information may result in inaccurate tracking, calculations, or other outputs. You should independently verify important health and nutrition decisions.
7. Trainer Relationships
You may choose to establish an active relationship with a personal trainer through SyncHealth. When active, your trainer is granted access to relevant client information necessary for coaching, including your name, email, height, weight, goals, food logs, macronutrients, and workout schedules. SyncHealth also generates automated daily reports summarizing your progress for your trainer.
Important: SyncHealth strictly provides the technical platform for this interaction. SyncHealth does not supervise, certify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, advice, results, or conduct of any trainer. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a particular trainer is appropriate for your needs.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Impersonate another person or create fraudulent accounts
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or another user's data
- Bypass authentication, authorization, or subscription controls
- Interfere with application infrastructure or introduce malicious code
- Reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted
- Abuse APIs, trainer/client functionality, or automated systems
- Submit content that infringes third-party rights or threatens others
9. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of and responsibility for the information and content you submit to SyncHealth. By using the service, you grant SyncHealth the appropriate permissions necessary to process, store, and display your submitted information solely for the purpose of operating the service.
Food Log Retention: SyncHealth retains food logs according to your account status. For general accounts, food logs are retained for up to 60 days. For active Pro accounts, food logs are retained for up to 30 days. For active Premium accounts, food logs are retained for up to 60 days. If your Pro welcome trial expires and you do not renew with a paid plan, your existing food logs are retained for 30 days after trial expiry and then become eligible for deletion. Food logs may be deleted during the next scheduled cleanup after the applicable retention period ends. Deleted food logs may no longer be available in account history, trainer views, historical charts, or data exports. These periods apply to individual food-log records and do not override any separate retention requirements imposed by applicable law.
10. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must promptly notify SyncHealth if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or suspicious activity. SyncHealth may take reasonable security measures to protect accounts, but does not guarantee uninterrupted security.
11. Payments, Subscriptions & Features
SyncHealth uses Razorpay for payment processing and may offer various paid subscription plans. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Payment processing is handled through Razorpay's payment infrastructure; SyncHealth does not store your raw credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account credentials.
SyncHealth may modify available features, subscription plans, pricing, limits, or promotional offerings subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
Promotional Trials: SyncHealth may offer promotional trials, such as a 10-day welcome Pro membership for new accounts (including users and trainers). To prevent abuse, eligibility is tracked using secure cryptographic hashes of your normalized email and phone number, which persist even if you delete your account. A previously unused identifier can receive the welcome trial once across any account type. Creating a new account with a previously used email or phone number will not grant a new trial, regardless of the account type.
12. Privacy, Deletion & Export
Your use of SyncHealth is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.
Export & Deletion: You may use our available self-service mechanisms to export your account information or delete your account. Deletion removes applicable personal data under our direct control, although certain records may remain after deletion where appropriate for legitimate record-keeping purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
SyncHealth and its applicable software, interfaces, branding, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to SyncHealth and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit SyncHealth's proprietary materials without authorization.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, SyncHealth may use that feedback to improve the service without any obligation to you.
14. Third-Party Services
SyncHealth depends on third-party infrastructure including Firebase/Google Cloud, Razorpay, Resend, Vercel, OpenRouter, and Google Gemini. These AI and infrastructure providers operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SyncHealth is not responsible for failures or issues arising strictly from third-party infrastructure.
15. Service Availability & No Guarantee of Results
SyncHealth is provided on an "as available" basis. The service may occasionally be delayed, interrupted, modified, or suspended due to maintenance or infrastructure failures.
SyncHealth explicitly does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, specific calorie outcomes, or the achievement of any user fitness/health goals. Results vary entirely based on individual circumstances, effort, and behavior.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SyncHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from your use or inability to use the service, reliance on informational fitness content, service interruptions, or user-provided information. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be legally excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold SyncHealth harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the platform.
18. Suspension, Termination & Changes
SyncHealth may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary, including for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or payment-related abuse. Where appropriate, users will be given reasonable notice to resolve the issue. Account termination does not necessarily erase records that SyncHealth is permitted or required to retain.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory law.
If you have a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@synchealth.life to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
20. General Provisions
- Severability: If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement governing your use of SyncHealth to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.
